** Note: A free convention pass has been developed as a joint initiative between Tourism London and the London Transit Commission. Requests for passes are to be made through Tourism London and should be made well in advance of the Convention. To be eligible, a convention must be more than one day long and be registered with Tourism London. Only registered delegates will receive a pass, which shows the Convention name, applicable dates and a serial number

*** Note: Park your vehicle at one of two municipal lots (Lot 1 or Lot 2) located north of Dundas Street with access from English Street, Elizabeth Street, Adelaide Street and Queens Avenue and take the London Transit bus downtown. The cost of the pass covers monthly parking at a designated location and traveling on Dundas Street between English and Ridout Street on routes 2 Dundas, 7 Wavell and 20 Cherryhill anytime Monday - Sunday

Gift Certificates

London Transit offers gift certificates for sale at both office locations. Gift certificates are available in denominations of 5, 10, 25, and 50 dollars, and may be redeemed at LTC offices towards the purchase of any London Transit product or service.

Senior Citizen ID and Reduced Fares

The senior category is as defined by the City of London bylaw #LTC-39-269. The senior fare applies to the senior ticket and senior monthly pass. The purchase of the media is subject to presentation of an LTC issued senior's photo identification card.

In accordance with the City of London bylaw the issuance of the identification card is subject to the following criteria:

a)     The individual must be a Recipient of benefits under the Old Age
        Security Act, RSC 1970, chapter 0-6. i.e. 65 years of age or older.

b)     If a spouse of criteria a) above, he/she must be 60 to 65 years of age
       and must be in receipt of the Provincial Government Subsidy Spouses
       Allowance.

c)     For both a) and b) above, the person must be a resident of the City
        of London.

Proof of eligibility must be submitted in order to receive an LTC issued senior's identification card. For applicants 65 years of age or older, such proof would include any legal document showing their age, i.e. birth certificate, driver's licence, etc. or a copy of their Old Age Security Cheque. They must also show acceptable proof of residency.

For applicants aged 60 up to 65, in addition to proof of residency, they MUST provide a copy of their Provincial Government Subsidy Spouses Allowance cheque or stub.
